The funny thing is that most people never consider that they are getting ripped off by their electric company. Most of you will just shut up and pay the bill. I have always wondered why people just shut up and pay the bill, but then I started doing my research and it all came to light. You have been programmed by your electric company to accept it and shut up. Why? because you figure electric company will cut your lights off if you don't. Now they will turn your lights off but only if you don't pay the bill, anyone would.

You see its all about money, electric company don't see you they see your dollar, they can care less about you. The electric company are providing a service and if you pay, you get the service, if you don't well you know the deal.

The second reason is because they are really the only game in town. But then I realize that it’s really because you’re more comfortable with the old devil you know. They have really been good to you, selling you power at jacked up rates. But there is no law saying you cannot look for a better source, but then you think, how could you find a better source in a monopoly.

The truth is that you can't, when there is a monopoly, and the power companies are a monopoly, then they can do you anyway that they like, and for a greater portion of your life they have. They have over charged you and made profits galore, they raise prices whenever they decide they need more of your money, all because they can.

But the good news is congress deregulated the industry over 10 yours ago, and recently a new player has step up, the only one missing is you. When are you going to step up your game and get your discount? If you don't, then don’t be crying about them charging you too much. The money you save will be well worth it and you will get your electric company out of your pocket a little bit. Now the silly part of this is that most people have to think twice about getting their electric bill cut, even though it will be the same electric company providing the power and the maintenance and the billing. You will just be someone elses customer, and they will give you the power discount.

It's kind of like going to a sale; you go to the store and buy the same thing from the same place at a different time at a lower price. It’s still the same, it still from the same place, it just cost you less. There really should not be a question.
