Obama Tours the Middle east

For the last year people have place doubt on Obama's ability to deal with foreign issues, today Obama put that issue to rest. One thing that the status Quo don't understand is that most countries want to deal with a leader that will work with them, Not a leader that bullies them into submission. What Kind of leader is Obama, Is he one who learns from the past mistakes of our presidential leaders, or does he follow in their foot steps.

The one thing we can say about Obama, is that we don't know, if he is one who learns from the past mistakes of our other presidential leaders, or does he follow in their foot steps. From where I sit he seems to have the ability to get things done, and he also seems smart enough, to surround himself, with smart people that get things done. Now what does that say for a foreign policy? Well you can only bet that the best people for the job, will be on the job. Now why people find this so surprising. I don't know.

You see the president is like the CEO of our country, Yes he is the one accountable for all the decisions made, but he doesn't always make all the decisions. That's why I can give Bush a pass on some of his goof ups. He had a lot of people around him that made bad decision for our country. I don't think Obama is about to make that mistake, for one because it is expected, and he like's to change from the expected.

Now one trip to the middle east is not going to change your, or my perception of him, as far as foreign policy is concern. But it is an opportunity to get his foot in the game, and learn what kind of team he needs on the field. If Obama is elected president it's not for what he can do oversea's, it's for what he can do, Hear at home.
